You will have the ability to explore four amazing homes at The Cape; The Coast, Strait House, Eco Beach House, and Karkawarri all feature unique designs that incorporates advanced sustainable technologies, including passive solar design, solar energy systems, and rainwater collection, all integrated to create living spaces that are both innovative and comfortable.
Whilst you are exploring The Cape, pop down to The Cape Community Farm and say hi, purchase some freshly harvested produce or some seedlings to take home and grow.
