Cape Care Crew

The volunteer group, the Cape Care Crew have been successfully helping with the gardening of the common property. Thanks for your help guys. Generally, the CCC are planning on working on Friday mornings. The next outing is to be on Friday 27th, 9-11am, and they’ll be working on the gardens around the footy oval. If you would like to help out then please contact Duncan Bell.

Reminder: Passata Day

The Farm’s Passata Day is this Sunday, 22 March. See here for more details.

Arborist

Reminder that the arborist team will be visiting on Monday 30 March.

Stage five – reduced prices and referral bonus

Interesting to see that there has been a small downwards tweak on the asking price for some of the lots for sale in Stage 5. If you know anyone who may be interested in buying, then remember that folk from the Cape can get a referral bonus on sales.

Mowing vacant lots

The summer may be over, but with the recent rain, the long grass persists on some of our vacant blocks. If you own a vacant lot, please make sure you have arrangements in place for regular mowing.

New prefab

On Thursday 12 March the Cape was witness to the all-electric delivery of an all-electric prefab home, with the assistance of Volvo Trucks. The new nine-star build is another from the team at Mill Built. Congratulations Ned and Sarah on your new home.
